Cooking Instructions (Serves 6-8):
1. Mix 1 packet of Tean’s Gourmet Curry Laksa Paste in 1.5 litre of boiling water. Bring to a boil
2. Add in 150 ml thick coconut milk and 100g fried bean curd. Bring to a boil
3.Prepare cooked yellow noodles and beansprouts in a bowl and add in slices of meat, fish cakes, hard-boiled egg and mint leaves
4. Pour the hot curry laksa soup into a bowl. Serve hot
